Business is personal.

My background is in mortgage, but the common thread throughout my career has always been people. I have built businesses, developed partnerships, mentored professionals, launched brands, and created communities by bringing the right people together.

I am at my best when I can help an organization grow, introduce new ideas, build trust, and create momentum. The goal is simple: leave people and organizations stronger than I found them.
